Gauteng’s RA owner of the week is Lynette Bouwer who is celebrating two wins in the past week.

Four year old filly, Eastern Greeting won at Vaal Racecourse on 19 March. Bred by Kjell Foundation – Kahal (GB) – Salaam by Northern Guest (USA), she won first time out at Vaal and after 8 runs, she has recorded 3 wins and 3 places.

Nicety, bred by Maine Chance – Silvano (GER) – Nik-Nak by Kilconnel (USA) was placed in her first start and showed great promise. After 5 places she arrived in the No. 1 box to break her maiden status.

Lynette has 16 horses racing in her colours all trained by Stanley Ferreira.   Lynette and her husband Roland are passionate about horses. Roland says that Lynette is the good luck charm so he selects the horses and she banks the stake cheques. A better partnership will be hard to find.
